A League of Their Own

In 1992, I was asked by Columbia Pictures to create an image for the movie, A League of Their Own, that had the look of illustrations during that era. The advertising art director at Columbia and the Director of the movie, Penny Marshall, loved the illustration but the suits decided it wouldn't work because it didn't show any of the Stars. Penny Marshall now owns the painting.
